The Goal of any Company is to make MONEY. Simple!!!
I was on a short vacation in June 2007 and read the book by Dr. Goldratt titled The Goal. I was deeply impressed by the same.
I gave a small presentation on the same alongwith a bit of the principles from The Toyota Way.
