Dad at 13 - Alfie tests negative for DNA

Well well well. Today's morning paper says that Alfie the puny looking kid who was reported to have fathered a baby at 13 is not "the father". According to DNA results, he is not the father of the baby girl. Still it does not change a thing about their culture. I hope the kid is much more responsible in future and focuses on shaping his life in a productive manner and not just a "re"productive one.
